Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in adherence to Oregon state regulations and ensure confidentiality and compliance requirements are met.
  • Contribute actively in clinical supervision sessions and participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

  • Effectively manage your caseload, demonstrating skill in balancing client needs with your schedule to offer flexibility in session times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently, managing your caseload with flexibility and efficiency.
Preferred Experience
