• Provide comprehensive individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in adherence to Oregon state regulations and ensure confidentiality and compliance requirements are met.
• Contribute actively in clinical supervision sessions and participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and administrative staff to develop holistic care plans and offer clients comprehensive support.
• Effectively manage your caseload, demonstrating skill in balancing client needs with your schedule to offer flexibility in session times.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Oregon.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to work independently, managing your caseload with flexibility and efficiency.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Previous work in a team-oriented environment focused on holistic patient care will be advantageous.
