Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, fostering trust and positive professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, guiding them toward effective discharge when appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Document client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments in compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
  • Conduct intake assessments to understand client backgrounds and tailor treatment accordingly.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly to provide ongoing support and intervention.
  • Engage in individual supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, referring to external resources as needed.
  • Maintain an open mindset, embracing continued learning and adapting to new therapeutic methods and tools.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient services cater to a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing Mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals across different backgrounds, addressing a wide array of mental health issuesโ€”from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship concerns. By implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and fostering a supportive environment, you will directly impact your clients' mental health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • Current, active, unrestricted license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficient in using technology, including but not limited to Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Familiarity with conducting intake assessments to evaluate client needs.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, additional experience in specialized therapeutic modalities or certifications can enhance your candidacy. Familiarity with community resources and referral networks will also be beneficial in providing comprehensive care for clients.
