Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, synthesizing information to identify specific needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to implement graduate-level interventions designed to promote mental wellness and manage complex behavioral health issues.
  • Regularly participate in case consultation and team meetings, effectively communicating clients’ progress and modifications in care strategies to ensure a cohesive interdisciplinary approach.
  • Provide individualized case management for assigned clients, fostering relationships with community resources and healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Applicants must hold a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

  • Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, flexible to specific scheduling needs based on client demand.
