Change Makers LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. The LCSW role operates within a remote work environment, allowing flexible arrangements while still being part of a passionate team dedicated to improving community wellbeing. Our virtual detox center provides a supportive, enriching atmosphere for both clients and staff, prioritizing collaboration and open communication. Regular business hours will typically apply, but you may also be required to participate in evening or weekend programs for special events.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that directly affect client wellbeing and organizational impact. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs, which will lead to targeted intervention strategies.
• Providing individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that clients receive the most effective support for their unique situations.
• Co-developing and implementing individualized service plans with clients, aimed at achieving specific goals such as improved mental health, access to resources, and successful rehabilitation.
• Acting as an advocate for your clients, working diligently to ensure their rights are upheld while facilitating their access to necessary services and resources.
• Participating in team collaboration and contributing to the overall program development, evaluation, and grant reporting efforts to enhance the quality of our services.
• Engaging actively with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to broaden service reach and effectiveness, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
• Taking part in team meetings and community outreach activities, fostering relationships with other stakeholders to maximize community impact.

Your primary focus will be serving diverse populations within our detox center. This may include individuals dealing with addiction, trauma, mental health disorders, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will provide not only psychological support but also empowerment through advocacy, aiming to help clients re-establish their lives with dignity and confidence.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following educational and licensure requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a nonprofit organization or a similar social services setting, providing a strong foundation for understanding community needs.
• Familiarity with core social work principles, including advocacy, trauma-informed care, and an understanding of available community resources.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client cases effectively.
