This is a remote position.

Position Summary:

  • We’re looking for a data-driven, highly motivated Google Ads Contractor.


What you\'ll be doing:

  • Help manage the day-to-day of BILL’s Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, Performance Max, Display and YouTube), optimizing for lead and pipeline generation
  • Identifying trends in our own data, utilizing tools like platform data, Salesforce, and Tableau, as well as in the market, to optimize spend and performance-based insights
  • Spending time in accounts setting up and optimizing campaigns, ad groups, keyword lists, negative keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, ad assets/extensions, A/B tests, and more
  • Assisting other paid managers in various paid platforms by executing tasks, campaign maintenance, pulling data, analyzing reports, and enhancing performance
  • Help oversee campaign budgets and performance for all paid search advertising channels
  • Staying up to date on Google Ads product releases, betas, algorithm updates, and search marketing trends in the industry that can benefit advertising channels
  • Analyzing reports, search term data, performance trends, and recommending the necessary changes to work towards improving performance




Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads and other paid search accounts (e.g., Microsoft/Bing Ads)
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of the Google Ads platform and Google Ads Editor, including how to set up campaigns, conduct keyword research, and strategize
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making
  • Excel/Google Sheets experience in data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Experience in landing page optimization, ad copy writing, and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements
  • Ability to multitask, balance, and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to assist on different projects, accounts, and campaign needs


To stand out:

  • Experience specifically in B2B marketing - ideally SAAS
  • Experience in FinTech or the financial/accounting industry
  • Experience with Enterprise reporting and BI tools - especially Tableau
