What are remote Google patent jobs?

Remote Google patent jobs involve working on intellectual property matters related to Google’s technologies and innovations, but from a location outside of a traditional office. These roles often include tasks like drafting and filing patent applications, conducting patent searches, analyzing patent portfolios, and working with inventors and legal teams. Positions may include patent attorneys, patent agents, or patent analysts, and require strong knowledge of patent law and technology. Working remotely allows employees to collaborate with global teams using digital tools while enjoying flexible work arrangements.

Remote Google patent analysts often encounter challenges such as coordinating effectively with global teams across different time zones and navigating confidential information securely from home environments. Product Specialist (GPU & Distributed Compute)

Impossible Cloud

Charleston, WV • Remote

Full-time

Posted 10 days ago

Job description

Group: Impossible Cloud / Impossible Cloud Network (ICN)
Focus: Bridging Enterprise Storage & Decentralized GPU Orchestration
Location: Zug, Switzerland / Hamburg, Germany / Remote (EU/US)

The Mission

Impossible Cloud has already revolutionized traditional enterprise storage with our decentralized network and an ultra-performance patented object storage. We are now expanding this foundation to build an AI-first platform encompassing storage, compute, and GPU capabilities. The AI Product Specialist will be central to this evolution.

Your primary focus will be defining this next-generation AI Platform, built on our proprietary GPU infrastructure, integrating it seamlessly into the Impossible Cloud ecosystem, and driving its continued development to establish it as the essential springboard for agentic champions.

Key Responsibilities

Visionary Product Leadership & Strategy: Champion a bold, market-defining product vision for AI-ready infrastructure, translating it into a concrete, executable roadmap focused on best-in-class GPU solutions. Drive the definition of optimal use cases (AI/ML/HPC) and lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring every feature is aligned with maximizing customer value and deployment velocity.
Market & Data Analysis: Conduct deep market and competitive analysis on compute trends, pricing, and customer feedback, defining and analyzing key metrics (e.g., utilization, deployment velocity) to inform product direction and drive strategic enhancements. Leverage and build ambitious AI automation to optimize research processes and data.
Product Development & Execution: Partner closely with engineering to define specifications, manage the development lifecycle, and deliver cutting-edge GPU solutions optimized for AI/ML/HPC workloads, serving as the primary advocate for customer deployment requirements.
Go-to-Market & Lifecycle Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, capacity planning) to orchestrate successful product launches, drive adoption, and manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring scalable resource launches.

At Impossible Cloud, we are driven to lead innovation internally. We expect our leaders to actively leverage AI for the automation and optimization of internal processes and tools. This commitment enables ultra-lean teams to achieve results that far exceed what is typical for a team of our size, and much faster, hence guaranteeing Impossible Cloud leadership in our market.

Who You Are

- 7+ years of product management or technical pre-sales experience, specializing in cloud compute infrastructure and/or agentic products.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or outstanding practical work experience, corroborated by real success in the Cloud, GPU, or AI infrastructure space.
- Strong technical expertise in GPUs, cloud, and AI/ML workloads.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex products from initial concept through large-scale deployment and optimization, pushing beyond your comfort zone.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to make and communicate strategic, data-driven decisions, especially related to capacity and scaling.
- Customer-focused mindset, with direct experience gathering insights and translating them into valuable product improvements.
- A strong sense of ownership and a drive to figure out and resolve any issues preventing you and your team from delivering value to your customers.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills, capable of driving consensus and inspiring collaboration across technical and business teams.
- Executive presence with ability to engage at both technical and business levels, and a track record of building trusted client and partner relationships.

The "Impossible" Difference

You will be working across two organizations that are rewriting the rules of the internet.
- In Impossible Cloud, you leverage the stability of a leading European storage provider.
- In ICN, you operate at the bleeding edge of DePIN, helping to build a protocol that could eventually surpass the combined capacity of AWS and Google.
