Job Title: React Developer (Remote | W2 Contract to Hire)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled React Developer to join our team on a remote W2 contract with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role. The ideal candidate must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and have strong experience building modern, scalable web applications using React and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Integrate APIs and work closely with backend services
Participate in code reviews and maintain best coding practices
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in React.js
Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
