Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, utilizing modern telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions. Our organization provides seamless access to a user-friendly therapy platform that support video and text sessions, allowing you to conduct your practice efficiently. With minimal paperwork and administrative tasks, our counselors can fully focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual video counseling sessions using our secure platform, fostering a trusting environment for clients to share their experiences.
• Encourage open discussions about clients' emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, facilitating deeper self-knowledge and understanding of their interpersonal relationships.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, helping them articulate and refine their personal and therapeutic goals.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions, employing your clinical expertise to develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist clients in overcoming challenges, equipping them with coping strategies for everyday life.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with stable, low-acuity adults, helping them manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will foster goodwill within the counseling relationship, creating a safe space for individuals seeking support during transitional periods in their lives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with the adult population and utilizing solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct remote counseling through video platforms, enhancing client connection and communication.
• Familiarity with client advocacy and implementing personalized treatment plans based on diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
