Job description

Good Samaritan is seeking a highly respected OB/GYN Physician to join their team at a 158-bed teaching community hospital. This opportunity offers a great work-life balance with flexible scheduling options, allowing time for personal pursuits. The role involves working in a new OB/GYN outpatient clinic and utilizing advanced technology like the da Vinci Xi Surgical System, supported by a stable Pediatric Hospitalist team.

Practice Info

  • 158-bed teaching community hospital with a level III trauma center and a level II nursery
  • New OB/GYN outpatient clinic

  • Epic and Abridge AI available for efficient documentation

Compensation

  • Base salary up to $450,000 plus wRVU bonus structure
  • $75-$90,000 sign-on bonus, stipend, and loan repayment options
  • Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
  • Competitive base salary with wRVU bonus structure
  • Additional grant money and incentives may be available due to the approval of a rural health initiative for the state of Indiana
