Jacoby & Meyers is the nation's preeminent law firm protecting consumers since 1972. We are currently seeking a smart and determined Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. At Jacoby & Meyers, every single employee gets to make an impact. Our values guide the way we work with each other. It's a culture where you have the freedom to experiment and push your talents as far as they can go.

Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Type of Position: Full Time

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $90k- 150k

Job Description:

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to lead the design and build of a new org from the ground up and day to day operation of our new platform, your main focus will be the hands on configuration of Salesforce building and maintaining custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts alongside the core administration that keeps the org healthy: managing users, roles, and permissions, safeguarding data quality, supporting and enabling end users, and running the change and release process. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands on, fast moving, team oriented environment and is excited to apply the Salesforce platform to the legal industry.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Design scalable solutions and partner with developers on complex enhancements requiring Apex, integrations, or custom UI.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for configuration, security, and data management across the org.
  • Manage user and license provisioning at scale, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and access models.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end user support, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards, and enable business users to get the data they need.
  • Stay current with seasonal Salesforce releases, evaluating and rolling out new features that benefit the firm.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance, usability, and automation.
  • Partner with engineering and third party vendors on integration design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Own change management processes, including deployment strategies (change sets, DevOps tools), release cycles, and sandbox coordination.
  • Ensure proper testing, documentation, and communication for all system changes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
  • Drive user adoption through training programs, documentation, and enablement strategies.
  • Monitor usage trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption and productivity.
  • Ensure the Salesforce org meets compliance, security, and audit requirements.
  • Track and manage compliance related tasks, including access reviews and data handling practices.
  • Operate like a product manager and translate what you're building into clear, well scoped tickets in a project management tool.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration, including at least one large scale implementation or migration you led or co-led.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder strongly preferred.
  • Deep hands on Flow expertise and a strong grasp of the declarative vs programmatic boundary.
  • Experience owning change management and release processes using DevOps tooling such as Gearset.
  • Comfort operating in a fast moving, first principles environment where the data model is being actively designed, not inherited.
  • Product oriented mindset with hands on experience writing and managing tickets in a project management tool such as Linear or Jira, including breaking down features into clear, well scoped requirements.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Agentforce or other AI/agent tooling on the platform.
  • Experience with Litify or other legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, CasePeer, Clio, Needles).
  • Exposure to personal injury practice or another regulated, deadline driven domain.
  • Familiarity with Slack as a system of engagement and with event driven design.
  • An agentic administrator who orchestrates the platform rather than operating it by hand, leveraging AI tools to write metadata, documentation, and tickets, enabling them to operate with significantly higher efficiency and speed.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Schedules
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and Pet Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Coverage, Voluntary Life Insurance
  • Short-term and Long-term Disability
  • Employee Assistance and Travel Assistance Programs
  • Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time, Paid Holidays
  • Health FSA and Dependent Care FSA
  • Accident Insurance
  • Commuter Transportation Incentive
  • Cell Phone and Internet Stipend
  • Fully-paid parking
  • Learning and Development Programs
  • Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance
  • Remote Positions
