• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for students to determine mental health needs and challenges.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans using best practices and evidence-based solution-focused interventions.
• Administer therapeutic interventions tailored to each student, directly addressing their emotional and behavioral issues.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, promoting continuous improvement in care quality and outcomes.
• Engage with students and their families to educate them about mental health, encouraging empowerment and active participation in treatment.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health practices to enhance therapeutic techniques and interventions.

The primary focus of this role is on school-age children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will work with diverse students from varying backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and coping with trauma. Your goal is to support these young individuals in achieving their academic and personal goals while ensuring their emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a specialization in psychotherapy preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
