Scheduling Specialist (Healthcare) – Bloomington, IN

Location: Bloomington, Indiana

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (shifts assigned within this window)

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Scheduling Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting patient access and care coordination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Follow established scheduling policies and procedures
  • Communicate important appointment details clearly to patients
  • Audit and update electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of quality while working under deadlines
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with patients, peers, and leadership

  • 1+ year of call center or high-volume customer service experience
  • Strong customer service mindset and empathy
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
