Summary

As the Director of New Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind Kelli's expansion into new B2B markets. You'll identify, pursue, and secure new retail and distribution partnerships-creating growth opportunities that benefit both Kelli's and our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Expand Kelli's customer base - Identify and secure new retail and distribution partners in key verticals (hospital, pharmacy, resort, casino, and Food/Drug/Mass) by focusing on corporate relationships
  • Drive top-line growth - Design and execute a scalable business development strategy that aligns with company goals
  • Build strategic relationships - Develop partnerships with senior buyers and executives at multi-location retail groups
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized programs for new partners
  • Represent Kelli's brand - Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as a brand ambassador for "We Give More"ย 
  • Use data to guide growth - Analyze pipeline performance and ROI using CRM and analytics tools

Requirements

  • ย 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a proven record of growth
  • Expertise in developing partnerships and negotiating high-value deals
  • A consultative, strategic selling style rooted in integrity and trust
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at the executive level
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience in wholesale, retail distribution, or consumer products a strong plus
