Resilient Pathways Mental Health Counseling PLLC is dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, client-centered therapy. We are seeking a talented and empathetic Mental Health Counselor - Licensed Practitioner (MHC-LP) to join our New York City practice we are a fully remote practice at this time. The ideal candidate will help individuals navigate life’s challenges, focusing on emotional resilience and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual, couple, and group therapy sessions with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Develop personalized treatment plans and track client progress.

- Perform initial assessments and create clear diagnostic evaluations and treatment strategies.

- Apply various therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

- Maintain comprehensive and timely client records in compliance with state regulations.

- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive work environment.

- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

**Qualifications:**

- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

- Valid MHC-LP licensure in New York State.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients.

- Proficient in managing clinical documentation.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends, to accommodate client needs.

- Ability to work remotely and make your own Schedule

- Must be able to work 15 hours to start***
