This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide counseling services from your home. You will collaborate with colleagues and clinical leadership through virtual platforms, ensuring a seamless integration of care for our clients. • Conduct thorough therapy sessions with clients, utilizing best practices to assess histories and current mental health status.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and other team members to develop innovative therapeutic programs that address community demands and trends.
• Participate in regular credentialing processes and interdisciplinary meetings to enhance service delivery and maintain compliance with licensing regulations.
• Monitor client progress and document findings through our approved electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
• Adapt treatment methods continually by integrating client feedback and outcomes to achieve optimal results.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to remain current with industry standards and emerging therapies.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up for clients to ensure continuity of care and support.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support the team and organizational mission.

This role involves working with a diverse client population, including individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from different backgrounds, which may include children with developmental differences, adults facing stressors in their personal or professional lives, and other community members seeking mental health support. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their mental well-being and overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably working with populations exhibiting developmental differences or complex family dynamics.
• Well-versed in evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and social-constructionist approaches, with a strong emphasis on client-centered care.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and the delivery of compassionate care.

• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and participating in clinical program development.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies to effectively deliver remote counseling services.
• Ability to engage clients in evidence-based practices and foster a supportive therapeutic alliance.
• Experience in conducting outreach and follow-up for post-treatment support.

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional well-being, including:
