Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers with backup power solutions and a proven track record of success. The position is 100% commission with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
  • Position starts with modest salary through training period, then 100% uncapped commission compensation.
  • Sales commission based on closed sales with customer from provided leads.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, incoming leads and networking.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of home power solutions.
  • Conduct home site assessments and provide tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building.

Qualifications
  • Motivated and enthusiastic for success in a fast-moving industry.
  • Willingness to learn about generators, the industry and providing solutions to homeowners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $20,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
