Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supports Account Managers and Account Executives in the execution of day-to-day client service activities, while building knowledge of client needs, policy administration, renewal processes, and service workflows
  • Assists in the preparation and coordination of client materials, coordinating with Shared Services to facilitate the completion of transactional work
  • Reviews work for accuracy, completeness, and client readiness before delivery, raising questions or issues to Account Managers as appropriate
  • Maintains client documentation in accordance with internal standards and systems
  • Participates in client and internal meeting as appropriate to establish understanding of account management and client servicing
  • Develops basic understanding of the triage frameworks for complexity and / or urgency, and develops understanding of the Shared Services (GCCs and National COEs) delivery model
  • Establish foundational knowledge of building and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers
  • Completes training and development activities aligned to progression into an Account Manager role
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through on assignments
  • Willingness and ability to learn insurance products, processes and systems
  • Collaborative mentality with ability to work across teams
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Foundational level of experience in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to learn how to read & reconcile financial reports
Education and/or Experience:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required; BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 0-3 years of relevant client service and/or industry and product line experience.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Property & Casualty License required

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
