Summary

The Quantitative UX Researcher will lead the development, management, and analysis of largeโ€‘scale tracking surveys that inform product and user experience decisions. This role requires deep expertise in quantitative research methods, survey design, and statistical analysis, along with the ability to operate effectively in fastโ€‘paced, ambiguous environments. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least seven years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with five years of experience, or a PhD with a minimum of two years of experience in user experience research or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and analyze largeโ€‘scale tracking surveys, with a focus on longitudinal UX measurement.
  • Produce comprehensive research reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple research initiatives in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Generate insights that inform both ongoing product development and future research opportunities.
