Job Description
We are looking for aManager, Software Engineer to elevate thequality, trust, and operational efficiencyof simulated tests and protocols, with a specific focus on driving test quality metrics withintheSimulationorganization at large.
This rolewilllead a growing team's efforts to build out efficient infrastructure and processes to scale simulation test creation and maintenance, build confidence intestproducts, and drive cross-functional alignment on standards and tooling development.You will own timelines for critical deliverables and be at the nexus for accelerating autonomy development towards the next generation of Super Cruise.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., code assistants, automated test generation, analytics) to boost productivity, code quality, and innovation in simulation testing.
Mentorand uplevelreports and colleaguesto upleveltheir software engineering skills (primarily Python). Implement best practices for design, testing, and reviews. Provideand inspirein-depth design and code reviews.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with SQL,BigQuery,time-series data analysis, performance monitoringtools,and dashboarding systems (e.g., Looker,Streamlit).
