As a member of our team, you will work from the comfort of your home or an alternate setting of your choice, all while being supported by a dedicated team of professionals. We utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems and a reliable billing service to streamline administrative processes, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients and therapeutic work.

• Utilize our integrated billing service to manage claims, client accounts, and payment plans efficiently, ensuring seamless administrative processes.
• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy, fostering a supportive and healing environment for clients spanning various age groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely notes and documentation for all clients, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
• Schedule and coordinate ongoing appointments while managing an organized calendar to optimize your workflow and client interactions.
• Demonstrate adaptability by working with a diverse array of clinical presentations and complexities.

Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including individuals and couples pursuing therapy for various mental health challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with clients, genuinely understanding their unique stories and needs, while applying your expertise to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, with a valid LCSW license to practice independently.
• Professionalism and an understanding of therapeutic boundaries, demonstrating cultural competency and self-motivation.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining an efficient work schedule.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and communication with fellow practitioners.

• Experience in providing therapy to couples is highly advantageous and will be prioritized during the hiring process.
• A history of working with various clinical presentations, demonstrating versatility in treatment approaches.

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses based on performance. Additionally, as a W2 employee, you will enjoy several benefits, including:
