Empire City Family & Marriage Counseling PC is in search of a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding team. This full-time position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact in the lives of school-aged children and their families. With a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, you will play a vital role in offering both individual and couple therapy, addressing diverse mental health challenges faced by students and their families.

In your position as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to the specific needs of your clients.
• Managing administrative duties such as timely completion of client notes and record-keeping, ensuring all documentation aligns with legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinating ongoing appointments with clients, efficiently maintaining an updated calendar to optimize client engagement.
• Consulting with fellow therapists to collaborate on cases and share best practices, thus enhancing the therapeutic process.
• Leveraging our billing service to streamline the claims process, manage client accounts, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted efficiently and accurately.

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals and couples from various backgrounds, age ranges, and presenting issues. Whether working with children in school settings or adults seeking relationship guidance, the LCSW will adapt therapeutic techniques to align with each client’s unique situation. The aim is to foster emotional resilience, improve interpersonal relationships, and promote mental wellness in our community.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
