Job description

Growing National law firm in Denver has a need for an Associate Real Estate Attorney. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package. It can be hybrd or remote.

We seek to provide clients with integrated legal services for all phases of a transaction. Our client base comprises a broad range of developers, retailers, institutional investors, financial institutions, REITS, pension funds, lenders, and private owners in transactions across all types of properties including multifamily, logistics, industrial, office, and retail including mixed use developments.

Candidates should possess a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, borrower-side financing, leasing, portfolio or multi-site purchases or sales transactions, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence. Experience in more than one of the following areas is also a plus: joint ventures, fund formation and fund investment, and general corporate law. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented. Our group is specifically seeking an applicant that has the experience to take the lead role on real estate transactions, including experience with direct negotiation of transactional documents, primary responsibility for drafting of fundamental documents, and who can oversee supporting junior associates as deals may require. Must be admitted or be eligible for admission to the Colorado Bar.
