Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring a full-time Enterprise AI and Semantic Lead Consultant to join our growing Semantic Engineering and AI Practice. In this role, you will lead knowledge, data, and AI initiatives, solving complex problems and delivering effective solutions. You'll work with Fortune 500 and global clients to develop strategies, guide implementation, and apply agile principles to translate business needs into clear, actionable plans.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise knowledge, data management, and AI solutions for global clients
  • Lead project facilitation and stakeholder engagement models to help clients and project teams shape the vision and strategy for the successful delivery of knowledge and data projects
  • Provide analysis of client information and solution landscape to provide strategy and solution recommendations
  • Interpret existing semantic solutions and help to develop the design of strategic solutions architectures, implementation approaches, and operationalization and governance plans
  • Effectively engage business and technical stakeholders to foster buy-in on semantic initiatives by demonstrating an understanding of business value and strategic approaches
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop solution milestones and deliverables - leveraging agile methodologies and approaches to define and lead project workstreams that align with strategic vision and guide the iterative delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop internal practices, teams, and strategic initiatives to support growth activities
  • Lead client meetings, presentations and trainings to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, proposals, demos, and other client-facing materials
  • Actively engaging as a thought leader in the field through social media and marketing efforts
  • Progress in your mastery of core consulting skills

Requirements
As a federal contractor, Enterprise Knowledge will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e., H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-2, E-3, L-1, and O-1, or any EADs or other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
Our office is located in Arlington, VA, and operates on a hybrid model. While local candidates are preferred, we are also able to hire remote candidates residing in the following states: CO, FL, MA, NC, NH, NM, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, and WA.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of product ownership or consulting experience
  • At least 3 years designing and managing technical solutions in an agile, fast-moving environment
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience using KM, data, AI and semantic solutions
  • Facilitation and Design thinking experience / certification
  • Project management experience and certification (CSM, PMP, etc.)
  • Change management and communications experience
  • Experience with strategic planning and business development in the management consulting industry
  • Experience with budget management and team planning
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration systems such as Trello, JIRA, MS Suite, etc.

Salary Information:
EK considers a broad range of factors in considering employee salary, including a candidate's skills, experience, education, certifications, past successes, and qualifications. The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000, with most candidates likely to fall in the lower half. This range does not guarantee a specific salary and may be adjusted based on the needs of the company and the candidate's qualifications.
