• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand and address the mental health needs of clients effectively.
• Facilitate open communication with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to share insights and updates about treatment plans.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining short-term and long-term goals to guide the therapeutic journey.
• Schedule and conduct client appointments, home visits, and virtual sessions to ensure ongoing support is provided as required.
• Maintain punctual and thorough documentation of patient progress through monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights and collaborate on strategies for client care.
• Provide staff training and support to ensure team members are equipped to implement program plans and adhere to documentation requirements.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor client progression and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Play a vital role in fostering relationships with the broader mental health community to enhance collaborative care for clients.
• Assist in the development of training materials and methods for continuous improvement of mental health programs.

Your primary focus will encompass a wide range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and familial relationship issues. You will apply your therapeutic skills to empower these individuals, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth.

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment, with a proven ability to deliver quality mental health services.
• A strong understanding of legal, ethical, and regulatory standards within the mental health profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the cultivation of rapport with diverse clientele.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies that facilitate streamlined client care.

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload.
