What is a Remote Fuel System Operator?

A Remote Fuel System Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and managing fuel systems from a remote location, often using specialized software and communication tools. Their main duties include ensuring safe fuel storage, coordinating fuel deliveries, tracking fuel usage, and responding to alarms or system anomalies. This role is common in industries such as aviation, energy, and transportation, where fuel systems are distributed across multiple sites or require constant supervision. Job description

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Growth Operator (Remote)
About the Role
This is not a traditional, boardroom-dwelling CEO role. If your goal is to sit at 30,000 feet, "manage the vision," and delegate the actual work, this isn't the right fit for you.
We don't need a figurehead. We need an elite Growth Operator.
At How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM), our CEOs are seasoned leaders who love stepping into the trenches with business owners, cutting through the noise, and driving massive, measurable results. As a consultative partner and Decision Guide for small-to-mid-sized law firms and businesses, you will be the catalyst that transforms messy, under-optimized operations into high-performing, highly profitable machines.
What You'll Do
  • Embed & Execute: Step directly into businesses as a high-EQ growth partner to the owner. You aren't just giving advice; you are installing the strategy and driving execution.
  • Diagnose & Optimize: Rapidly identify and eliminate revenue leaks, operational friction, and structural inefficiencies.
  • Drive Accountability: Translate complex business chaos into clear, focused action plans-and hold owners accountable to executing them.
  • Build Enterprise Value: Focus obsessively on profitability, cash flow, and execution discipline to scale businesses in the real world.
What You Bring (Requirements)
  • 12+ years of battle-tested experience as an active CEO, President, COO, or Operating Executive.
  • A proven track record of directly scaling businesses in the $5M-$35M+ range.
  • Extensive background coaching, advising, and challenging business owners on growth.
  • The diagnostic instincts to walk into a business, immediately spot what's broken, and prioritize what actually moves the needle.
  • A leadership philosophy rooted in absolute ownership, execution, and radical transparency.
This Role Is NOT For You If:
  • You want a traditional, top-down corporate hierarchy.
  • You prefer high-level strategy without owning the day-to-day execution.
  • You need polished, pre-built corporate systems rather than the grit required to build and fix them.
Compensation & Location
  • Base Salary: $110,000
  • Performance-Based Earnings: Up to $182,000+ (Your income scales directly with the real-world impact you create).
  • Work Environment: 100% Remote.
  • Note: To be considered, candidates must currently reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA.
Why Join How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm?
We don't do transactional management. We provide the clarity, structure, and high-stakes leadership that business owners rely on when they are stuck or underperforming. If you are a high-impact leader who brings order to chaos and changes the trajectory of the businesses you touch, we want to hear from you.
