  • Build reports, dashboards, and performance summaries using Excel, Google Sheets, and advertising platform reporting tools.
  • Conduct ongoing testing of creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and other campaign variables to improve results.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while managing recurring campaign management and reporting tasks.
Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with confidence working with numbers and datasets.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage repetitive operational tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Previous exposure to digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is considered an advantage but is not required.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote full-time position.
  • Entry-level opportunity with structured hands-on learning and career development.
  • Starting compensation of up to $1,500 per month.
  • Performance-based compensation growth with potential to reach $3,000-$4,000 per month based on results.
