• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients through effective communication, empathy, and active listening.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a varying caseload while ensuring quality client interactions.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technologies to deliver high-quality clinical services.

• Experience in remote therapy practice, demonstrating comfort and effectiveness in virtual environments.
