Team members are expected to take ownership of assigned cases and tasks, proactively drive resolutions, and ensure work is completed accurately and within established service standards. Working within a POD structure, the Group Service Specialist partners with team members to support shared goals, maintain productivity, and deliver exceptional service experiences.
