• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, utilizing validated tools and approaches to create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions, focusing on achieving tangible outcomes.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, choosing the most effective methods for each client.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care and address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that client information remains confidential and up-to-date.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training, remaining current on advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Our client population encompasses a wide array of individuals seeking assistance for various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a critical role in fostering resilience and growth among clients of diverse backgrounds, ensuring that each person receives tailored support that aligns with their needs and goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
• Demonstrated capacity to conduct quality assessments and provide effective counseling services, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical counseling setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth technologies for delivering clinical services, enhancing client engagement, and facilitating accessible care.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
