This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your preferred location while maintaining a strong connection with our clients and team members. Brave Health utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. You will have access to a variety of digital tools designed to facilitate therapy sessions, progress tracking, and client management, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients achieve their goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, identifying areas of concern and establishing effective therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs, making adjustments as required based on their progress.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, with a focus on modalities that best serve our clientele.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of your interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while ensuring client safety.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, adhering to all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for our clients.
• Engage in professional development activities, including training and peer supervision, to continually enhance your clinical skills and stay current with industry best practices.
• Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards as dictated by relevant licensing boards, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills crucial for effective client evaluations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• A strong commitment to client-centered care and an empathetic attitude are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work autonomously while also considering teamwork, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Sound knowledge of ethical guidelines and applicable laws governing mental health practice.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development to keep skills relevant and sharp.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a related field is required for this role, providing you with a solid foundation to support our clients effectively.
• Experience with telehealth services is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to adapt to our remote model.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications within the field.
