Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, identifying areas of concern and establishing effective therapeutic goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs, making adjustments as required based on their progress.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, with a focus on modalities that best serve our clientele.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of your interventions.
  • Provide crisis intervention support as needed, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while ensuring client safety.
