Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to understand and evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring each client receives appropriate care tailored to their situation.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges, fostering therapeutic progress aligned with SMART objectives.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care that benefits every client.
• Engage actively with clients' families, providing them with education on mental health issues and strategies to support their loved ones throughout the recovery process.
• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records in adherence to all regulatory and ethical standards to safeguard client trust.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field is essential for this role, ensuring you have a strong theoretical foundation.
