• Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs and backgrounds.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect client goals and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client progress and treatment, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions when necessary, fostering a safe and supportive space for shared healing.
• Engage in weekly supervision sessions with practicum students, guiding them as they develop their clinical skills and pursue licensure.
• Collaborate proactively with healthcare professionals and community organizations to enhance client outcomes and access to resources.
• Stay updated on current research, emerging trends, and therapeutic methodologies to continually improve service delivery.

Your clients will span a wide range of demographics and backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health issues. The Behavioral Foundation Center promotes a holistic approach, recognizing each person’s unique experiences and empowering them in their healing journeys. You will be pivotal in creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions safely.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Two years of relevant counseling or therapeutic experience, providing an understanding of client needs and therapeutic interventions.

• A valid state license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory, along with current professional liability insurance.
• Experience providing supervision or mentorship to emerging therapists is an asset.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness practices.

We offer a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for yearly earnings between $120,000 to $140,000, including a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
