Channel Factory is headquartered in the United States and has global offices across 40+ cities/countries. This position will be based in the United States.
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Accounting, to lead our core accounting functions for our US operations and drive financial excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, North America, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our global accounting operations, designing robust workflows, and empowering a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate brings a foundational blend of elite training from the Big 4, robust technical accounting expertise, extensive hands-on experience in high-growth environments, and deep operational experience with NetSuite. You are someone who thrives on building order out of complexity and leading teams with empathy and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing accounting team; foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for US operations, including month-end close process, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting.
  • Process Scaling: Design, implement, and roll out scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures to support a fast-growing, international footprint.
  • Systems Optimization: Leverage NetSuite to its fullest potential, automating manual processes and scaling the system to support business growth.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with US GAAP, statutory local requirements, and tax regulations. Partner with the global finance team to support clean, efficient end-to-end audit processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams to streamline business processes such as billing, optimize working capital, and support strategic corporate initiatives.
  • Additional Responsibilities: All other duties as assigned

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • 10+ years of accounting experience with a clear track record of increasing responsibility and leadership.
  • 2+ years of experience within a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • 2+ years of experience working inside high-growth startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and an ability to build from scratch.
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Proven hands-on experience building, managing, and training teams of accounting professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and rolling out scalable processes and financial controls.
  • Direct, proficient operational experience with NetSuite is required.
  • This role may involve occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the AdTech or digital media industries.
  • Familiarity with international accounting standards or working in multi-currency, international operations.
