We take pride in creating a safe environment where both patients and staff feel valued and supported. By leveraging advanced therapeutic techniques, we aspire to transform the lives of those in our care and empower them on their journey to recovery.

Work Environment

Our unique outpatient setting prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, allowing therapists to work predominantly in a remote capacity while maintaining a robust connection to our team. • Develop personalized and actionable treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, utilizing methods that encourage resilience and self-empowerment.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a strong emphasis on approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions that encourage patients to articulate their trauma experiences and cultivate effective coping strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for complex cases.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, available resources, and adaptive coping mechanisms.
  • Ensure thorough and accurate documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Engage in case consultations and professional development activities that enhance trauma-informed care practices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and evidence-based practices in trauma therapy to continuously improve patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will primarily work with individuals recovering from various forms of trauma, including, but not limited to, survivors of abuse, neglect, or significant life events. Our clientele often face challenges related to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Understanding and compassion are crucial, as the therapist will play a vital role in guiding patients through often painful and personal healing journeys.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in the field of mental health counseling is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and a deep familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • Experience implementing trauma-focused therapies and interventions effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered, compassionate approach.
  • The ability to maintain composure during high-stress interactions and crises.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general office software.
  • A collaborative mindset, keen on working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, TF-CBT, or similar methodologies.
  • Previous work within an outpatient mental health setting focused on trauma treatment.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Access to a robust healthcare benefits package.
  • A retirement savings plan featuring employer-matching contributions.
