Job description


SAIC is seeking a Senior FinOps Financial Analyst to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC/AO) Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner (CTBIP) contract. This position will provide services to build cloud foundations for the Judiciary, including cloud advisory/strategy and implementation services.
This position is contingent upon contract award anticipated for May/June 2026 with a June/July 2026 start date.
This role must be performed in the United States and will be remote. There may be occasional travel to customer site in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to the Judiciary's developing Cloud FinOps organization.
  • Assist in establishing and maturing financial operations practices across all four authorized Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
  • Design and implement processes for effective cloud cost management, optimization, forecasting, and accountability.
  • Develop models customized to align with program consumption patterns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and drive cost efficiency in cloud environments.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working with Cloud FinOps across multiple cloud providers.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Certification in Cloud FinOps.
