In this remote role, you will provide essential clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, and families navigating the complexities of mental health challenges. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while contributing to a structured work schedule. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our Detox Center, although the primary facility, enjoys a collaborative approach, where team members work together from various locations, fostering a supportive network for both clients and staff. As part of a comprehensive healthcare approach, you will utilize digital platforms for client interactions, case management, and communication within the team, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, case management, and treatment services to patients, adjusting methods depending on the therapeutic needs of individuals, couples, and families.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals, directly engaging them in collaborative processes to enhance their commitment and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them with necessary community resources, including financial assistance, housing support, food security, and other vital social services.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilize clients facing acute mental health emergencies, such as suicidal ideation or substance-related crises, through evidence-based techniques.
  • Participate actively in community outreach initiatives, focusing on mental health education and stigma reduction campaigns, enhancing public understanding of mental health issues.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and applicable state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and legal adherence.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities to support clinical skills enhancement and personal growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clinical practice will engage with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health issues. You will employ culturally competent strategies to effectively communicate and establish trust with clients from various backgrounds, enhancing their experience and outcomes in therapy.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid Tennessee LCSW license, enabling independent practice.
  • Demonstrated empathetic approach to client care with a comprehensive understanding of cultural competence in therapeutic settings.
  • Minimum of two years of proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families across different mental health diagnoses.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of cultivating positive relationships within a team environment while working independently.

Preferred Experience
