• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing telehealth platforms to guide treatment plans.
• Build and maintain a flexible schedule, selecting how many clients to see while leveraging our integrated client management tools.
• Utilize marketing support and referral systems to enhance your caseload, enabling you to focus on delivering optimal care.
• Provide live, customized support to both clients and fellow clinicians, addressing any barriers they may face in accessing services.
• Instantly verify client insurance benefits and eligibility to prevent delays in care, fostering a seamless experience for clients and enhancing their mental health journey.
• Collaborate with a peer group for regular consultation and supervision, further developing your skills and expertise in the field.

You will work with a diverse population of clients in various stages of mental health and substance use recovery. Our focus is on providing empathetic and culturally competent care to individuals who may face significant barriers to accessing traditional services. By utilizing telehealth, you will have the opportunity to reach clients across different geographical areas, ensuring that those who need help can get it, regardless of their location.

• A current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field.
• A professional workspace that allows for confidentiality and privacy during client sessions.
• Ability to meet background and regulatory screening requirements.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning for both behavioral health and substance use disorders.
• Experience utilizing technology effectively, such as telehealth software and video conferencing tools, throughout client sessions.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.
• Ability to implement comprehensive assessments and tailor treatment approaches based on individual client needs.

• Certification in evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Experience managing a varied caseload and navigating the challenges associated with telehealth delivery.
• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting.
