• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Design individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, utilizing both individual and group modalities to foster personal growth and healing.
• Provide ongoing support and tools for clients, guiding them through actionable steps to address their challenges and achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, including referring clients to appropriate specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatments within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse group of clients, including those who struggle with a range of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Recognizing the nuances of each client’s background, you will tailor your therapeutic approaches to resonate with their individual experiences, cultural contexts, and personal histories, ensuring a culturally sensitive therapeutic environment.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and cultural competency in practice.
• Proven ability to engage clients in both individual and group therapy within an inclusive framework.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, demonstrating calmness and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a capacity to build trust and rapport with diverse client populations.
• Proficiency in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and related digital tools.
• Dedication to maintaining ethical standards, professional boundaries, and client confidentiality.
• A collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering quality mental health care.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health issues and treatment modalities.
• Background in community health settings or experience working with underserved populations.
• Skill in providing culturally responsive therapy tailored to the specific needs of a diverse clientele.
