• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health issues and inform treatment plans.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and behaviors.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress toward achieving these goals.
• Provide teletherapy and virtual sessions accommodating clients who may face accessibility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and records to ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

Your work will focus on supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and past trauma. • A current and valid state license as a LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's or Doctoral degree in these areas is preferred.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and foster trust.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach towards clients, creating a safe space for exploration and growth.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities necessary for maintaining client schedules and documentation.

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care practices. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and experience working in community health settings will be advantageous.
