The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong commitment to providing accessible, high-quality mental health service to adults and children alike.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering renowned mental health services tailored to individuals of all ages. Our outpatient clinic specializes in the comprehensive diagnosis, effective treatment, and ongoing management of a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Our mission is to create a healing environment where clients can thrive and develop resilience. We leverage evidence-based therapies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Work Environment

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours, which may include evenings and weekends to better serve our clients' schedules. Working remotely provides you with an opportunity to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments while still being a crucial part of our collaborative team. As a remote LCSW, you will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct sessions and connect with colleagues, ensuring coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
  • Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously revise personalized treatment plans featuring specific goals and interventions according to client progress and feedback.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and implement safety strategies when necessary, ensuring client well-being as a top priority.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele served by our outpatient clinic encompasses a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, each bringing unique mental health challenges. You will empower these individuals and families to address their mental health concerns and foster resilience. By employing a trauma-informed approach, you will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments and a track record of successful client interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that facilitate building rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrable experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices and relevant platforms for remote therapy sessions.
  • Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities or areas of expertise (e.g., trauma-informed care, family therapy).
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance coverage, encompassing medical, dental, and vision care.
  • Retirement plan options with employer matching to help build your future financial security.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, personal days, and holidays.
  • Access to continuing education and training programs to further enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Sign-on bonus available to qualified candidates.
