This position allows for a flexible remote work setting from Roseburg, Oregon, providing the opportunity to work from your home while maintaining connections with a dynamic team of healthcare providers. Although you will primarily work independently, you will have essential support from colleagues and managers dedicated to ensuring success in treating clients at our detox center.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as required, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to detoxification challenges.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and external agencies, facilitating referrals and ensuring access to necessary community resources, including mental health and substance use services.
• Document all client interactions meticulously in accordance with established medical record policies, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, offering consultations regarding complex cases and developing coordinated care strategies.
• Engage in regular training and professional development to stay current with evolving clinical best practices and ethical standards in social work.
• Advocate for clients, ensuring that their needs and rights are prioritized throughout their treatment process.

As an LCSW at Hope Horizon, you will primarily work with clients facing substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. This vulnerable population requires empathetic support, and your role will directly influence their recovery journey. You will use your expertise to provide a safe environment where clients can express their feelings and concerns, helping them build resilience and coping strategies.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon, free from any disciplinary actions.
• Strong understanding of clinical social work ethics and scope of practice.
• Exceptional skills in documenting and charting patient records accurately and timely.
• Proficient in conducting mental status exams and recognizing significant changes in patient condition.
• Ability to establish and uphold respectful and effective relationships with clients, providers, and support staff.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services, ideally within a healthcare or detoxification setting.
• Knowledge of community resources supporting income maintenance, special education, and vocational assistance relevant to client needs.
• Ability to work independently without supervision while maintaining accountability and professionalism.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
