About the Job:  

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting successful client onboarding and implementation across the company's product suite. This role works closely with customers to configure systems, deliver training, and ensure a smooth transition to the platform.

The Implementation Consultant serves as a key point of contact throughout the implementation process, driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Focus will be primarily on Arcoro's Time & Hire products
  • Configure and provision customer accounts during implementation
  • Deliver consultative product training to customer stakeholders
  • Guide customers through platform functionality and best practices
  • Support implementation of integrations & data imports between Arcoro products and third-party payroll/accounting systems
  • Introduce new features and capabilities to maximize customer value
  • Partner with Implementation Project Managers, Customer Success, and Account teams
  • Manage a portfolio of customer implementations simultaneously
  • Monitor customer health and proactively escalate risks to project manager and manager of implementation
  • Develop and execute customer success plans with defined goals and metrics
  • Identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions
  • Support escalated customer issues and drive timely resolution
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive adoption and retention
  • Track and report on customer progress, activities, and outcomes
  • Manage daily schedule, meetings, and project-related tasks
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products, features, and use cases
  • Act as the primary advocate and point of contact for assigned customers

  • Experience working in SaaS or technology environments
  • Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously

Salary Range:

$75,000-$85,000 DOE
