This position will allow you to operate in a completely remote setting, effectively balancing your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new and existing patients, utilizing structured interviews and validated assessment tools to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient's unique circumstances, employing evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to address the specific needs of your clientele, ensuring an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Participate in collaborative case management meetings with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating proficiency in managing acute mental health situations while following best practice protocols.
• Educate clients about mental health concepts, treatment options, and available resources within the community to promote self-advocacy and informed decision-making.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, certification programs, and participation in peer consultation activities.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in therapeutic techniques by attending webinars, workshops, and conferences.

Your work will primarily involve a diverse adult population, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. You will be responsible for tailoring your approaches to a broad audience, ensuring that therapy settings are engaging and relevant to all clients, including those from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; Master's or doctoral degrees are highly preferred.
• A current and valid state licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in mental health assessment and treatment planning, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for productive client interactions and effective collaboration with team members.
• Commitment to ethical practice, including the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as various teletherapy platforms used in remote settings.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with outpatient care.
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients and providing culturally competent care.
• Background in facilitating psychoeducational and support groups is a plus.
