Job description

Started in 1937, Royerโ€™s flowers & gifts is still growing! With 19 retail locations and two distribution hubs in two states, we are offering opportunities for you to join our team of over 300 flower professionals. Still family-owned and operated, we are a leader in the floral industry and we're seeking individuals who enjoy bringing comfort and joy into peopleโ€™s lives.

We are seeking applicants who enjoy driving and making people happy. A variety of shifts and schedules are available to suit your availability! Which will include rotating Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

We require a valid driversโ€™ license and a good driving record. Computer experience and knowledge of Lancaster and the surrounding areas is helpful.

We provide a van, comprehensive training program, competitive base salary, safety bonus pay opportunity, opportunities for advancement, and a 30% floral discount.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Exhibit exceptional hygiene habits.
  • A valid driver's license must be currently held to complete daily duties
  • A period of 3 years without any accidents or violations
  • Prior driving experience in public or private transportation organizations is preferred
  • Knowledge of local area streets is required
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to complete training and satisfactorily complete evaluations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily contact with recipients.
  • Perform rural and city deliveries efficiently and safely
  • Responsible to deliver products without damages to the product or the vehicle
  • Safe driving practices will be required for all drivers
  • Customer contact skills and overall people skills are required
  • Driver will be expected to wear a uniform that is maintained at an acceptable, clean level
  • Other duties as assigned.
