Remote Flight Trackers monitor flights using tracking software and aviation data, primarily working remotely in the aviation tech industry. Remote Air Traffic Controllers manage aircraft movements and ensure safety, typically requiring FAA certification and working in regulated environments. While both roles involve aviation, Flight Trackers focus on data analysis and monitoring, whereas Air Traffic Controllers handle live aircraft management. The comparison helps job seekers understand the distinct responsibilities and credentials needed for each role.

Do any airlines offer remote work?

Remote flight tracker roles are typically performed by employees working from home, often in data analysis, customer support, or technical positions related to airline operations. These jobs may require familiarity with flight tracking software, industry regulations, and strong communication skills, and they are usually offered as full-time remote positions by airlines or third-party service providers. However, roles directly involving flight operations or cockpit duties are generally on-site and require physical presence.

The AI Solutions Architect is the technical engine of this function, closing the gap between what business teams want to build and what actually ships to production. The role owns the full technical lifecycle - intake review, path recommendation, timeline, and delivery - working hand-in-hand with PAR's IT and Enterprise Systems teams.
This role will also lead PAR's tokenomics initiative, applying AI fluency to maximize the return on investment from PAR's AI tooling investments and monthly token spend.
Position Location:
Remote - Texas, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Illinois
(Job hours are in EST)
Reports To: VP, AI Enablement
What We're Looking For:
• Experience with enterprise AI tooling - Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, Azure AI, or equivalent
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or API integration experience
• Prompt engineering - system prompt architecture, knowledge files, and instruction design
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business audiences
• Strong project management and intake triage skills - you own the queue
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Experience working alongside IT governance or enterprise architecture teams
• Citizen development / vibe coding experience (Copilot in GitHub, low-code tools)
• Background in technology, SaaS, or multi-business-unit enterprise environments
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and data classification standards
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
AI Intake & Technical Advisory
• Review and triage all incoming AI workflow and tooling requests from PAR business units
• Assess feasibility, complexity, and risk; recommend technical path, tooling approach, and delivery timeline
• Advise business stakeholders on scope, dependencies, and IT requirements before any build begins
• Maintain an intake tracker and communicate status to the VP and stakeholder teams
IT & Enterprise Team Collaboration
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between AI Enablement and PAR's IT and Enterprise Systems teams
• Align on production-readiness requirements, security review standards, and infrastructure path for all AI deployments
• Translate business use cases into technical specifications that IT can evaluate and support
• Escalate blockers and coordinate resolution timelines to keep delivery on track
Build, Deploy & Maintain
• Design and build governed AI workflows using Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and other approved PAR tooling
• Develop and maintain system prompts, Skills, and Knowledge file architectures for Claude Enterprise deployments
• Build and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integrations and API-layer tooling
• Maintain PAR's SharePoint Skills and Prompts Library, ensuring content is current, documented, and reusable
• Validate new AI models and feature releases (Claude, Copilot, Azure AI) against PAR use cases before recommending them to business teams
Internal Tooling & App Development
• Develop lightweight internal AI applications and citizen-coded tools where business need warrants
• Maintain and improve existing internal tooling (PAR Product Guide, AI-assisted workflow tools, custom agents)
• Document all tools, integrations, and configurations in a format usable by IT and business stakeholders
Governance & Quality
• Ensure all AI solutions meet PAR governance standards for data handling, access controls, and audit trail requirements
• Participate in PAR AI policy development alongside IT, Legal, Security, Internal Audit, and the VP of AI Enablement
Support leadership reporting by providing technical status updates on in-flight builds and release timelines
