Job description

As FP&A Manager, you will own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing company. You will partner with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership to drive strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budget planning and quarterly re-forecasting.
  • Build detailed financial models for production ramp‑up and capital projects.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards for manufacturing and corporate performance.
  • Support investor relations with financial insights and reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years in FP&A, manufacturing finance, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills.
