Plans, develops, and leads a wide variety of initiatives to ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services. Enhances the employee experience by identifying areas of continuous improvement for HR service delivery and assists with the design of solutions. Supports and trains other HR staff by providing input and guidance. Performs complex analyses to support a broad range of HR activities. Develops reports and predictive analytics. Oversees or participates in all aspects of projects: establishes deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress. Partners with HR functional areas to implement organization and/or HR initiatives. Collects, researches, and analyzes human resources data while tracking data trends and outcomes.Education Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in Human Resources, Analytics or related capacity required.
