• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate effective sessions.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, adapting your approach based on the client's needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring integrity in client records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and refer clients to additional resources as needed.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to remain informed of advancements in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health care. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may be dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your ability to connect and establish rapport with a varied clientele is critical to facilitating successful therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technological tools.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience with culturally competent therapy practices and approaches.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. For those who join our team, a sign-on bonus is available and will be discussed further during the interview process.
