Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapy plans based on their unique needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive treatment approaches and holistic client care.
  • Attend workshops and engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals and families who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical environment, is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies.
