Many remote-first organizations also encourage regular check-ins and virtual social events to foster connection and teamwork. Zinier

Boston, MA • Remote

Full-time

Job description

Who we are

Deskless workers keep our lights on, our fiber connected, our energy flowing, and our infrastructure running. Yet the productivity revolution has largely passed them by.

Zinier exists to close that gap. We build software that empowers deskless workers and the businesses that support them to work smarter, stay ahead, and adapt to changing market conditions.
We're a remote-first, global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, backed by leading investors including Accel, ICONIQ Capital, Founders Fund, NGP Capital, Tiger Global Management, and Qualcomm Ventures.

What we are looking for

Zinier is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the United States or Americas.

As an SDR, you will lead outbound prospecting efforts across your assigned region, building relationships with target accounts and generating qualified sales pipeline. You'll develop a strong understanding of our target personas and engage prospects through email, phone, events, and other outreach channels.

Where you are located

This role can be based anywhere in North or South America including United States, Canada, Mexico or in LATAM. You should be comfortable collaborating with customers and colleagues across countries and time zones, both remotely and in person. Occasional travel will be required for customer meetings, team gatherings, and industry events.

What you'll do

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build and develop the sales pipeline
  • Lead outbound prospecting across the North America region through email, phone, and other channels
  • Understand target accounts and personas and tailor outreach accordingly
  • Continuously assess regional opportunities and proactively identify new ways to engage prospects
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to generate pipeline and build relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization
  • Track activity and report on progress and pipeline development on a regular basis

What you'll bring to the role

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing
  • Experience working with SaaS companies is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work effectively with leaders and teams across different functions
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand customer and industry needs
  • Strong team player who is equally comfortable working independently
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and consultative skills
  • A proactive, self-directed approach to your work

What the role offers

  • Competitive salary
  • The opportunity to join a fast-growing, global technology company
  • The opportunity to play an important role in the North America region
  • Ownership and autonomy in developing a regional sales pipeline
  • Close collaboration with Account Executives and a global GTM team
  • Exposure to customers, industry events, and international markets
